A room for 2 people to 22 m ° at the Ritz Carlton Hotel that is under our roof, costs in the period is around 500/700 euro per night, not has the same view and is about 5/6 times smaller. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms + one extra small reading room, we will use it when we have big group over 6 guests. Rates in base of 4 guest comes of 700 euro day in base of full occupancy (30% less in the summer)but when you book for 2-4 guest you have some discount because we set less beds and one room or 2 rooms will be not used When we have booking with 2 guest and with special deal we will set only one room, when guest are 4-6 we will set the second room and in case we can open the sofa bed in the living or the sofa in the 3° small room /reading room.
